Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Lorvy (lorvyai.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free-tier and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Lorvy is an AI-powered creative studio designed to help Amazon sellers generate brand identities, visual shot boards, A+ content direction, and photography creative briefs. The Service is powered by Claude (Anthropic) and hosted on Vercel with Supabase for data storage.

Lorvy provides creative direction and AI-generated content as a starting point for your work. All final creative decisions, Amazon compliance verification, and business outcomes remain your responsibility.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@lorvyai.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

• One account per person. Sharing account credentials is not permitted on Free or Pro plans.
• You must be 16 years of age or older to create an account.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Lorvy offers a free tier (10 one-time credits) and paid plans (from $15/month). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and auto-renew unless cancelled.

• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• Refunds: Every paid plan is refundable at any time. When you request a refund we return 70% of the amount paid for the current billing period; a 30% processing fee is retained. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
• Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
• Taxes: Prices shown exclude applicable taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) which may be added at checkout depending on your location.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or harmful
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or system prompts
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without a written agreement with us
• Use automated scripts to make excessive API requests beyond your plan's generation limits
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as entirely human-created in contexts where that distinction is material
• Violate Amazon's Terms of Service, Marketplace Participation Agreement, or advertising policies using outputs from this Service

6. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain all rights to the inputs you provide (product descriptions, brand names, briefs) and the outputs generated by the Service for your account. You grant Lorvy a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your inputs solely to provide the Service.

Our platform: The Lorvy platform, design, interface, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Germar Studios. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, service marks, or brand assets.

AI-generated outputs: You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for verifying the intellectual property status of outputs before commercial use.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Germar Studios and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Germar Studios, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time by contacting info@lorvyai.com.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration under internationally recognised rules.
